Standard Carry Case Package Description:
The Philips Heartstart FRx AED has advanced life guidance features to aid in a rescue. It is easy to setup and delivers clear and concise voice prompts that walks even the untrained individual through a rescue. It is a Semi-Automatic device; (semi-automatic AEDs require the responder to push a shock button do deliver the shock to the patient).
One benefit to the FRx package is there is no need to purchase additional pediatric pads. Instead, for clients that would like to be ready to treat children from 1-8 years old and up to 55 lbs. a Pediatric/Infant Key is available for purchase. Once the responder inserts the Pediatric Key into the receiving slot, the AED automatically reduces the therapy setting to the appropriate level for pediatric patients.
To ensure reliability, daily, weekly, and monthly self-tests are automatically performed to ensure the device is response ready at all times. The FRx is equipped with “quick shock” capabilities reducing the length of time from analysis mode to the time it delivers life saving therapy to 10 seconds. The AED includes an 8-year warranty while the battery is carries a warranty of 4 years after installation in the device. This package includes a Semi-Rigid Standard Carry Case which provides enough room for a spare set of pads and battery.
